All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Bellingham WA.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.  

Once you place your order, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email (and/or SMS if you opted in) with your order number and details. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, just contact our support team and we’ll resend it to you.

We process orders quickly to get them shipped as soon as possible. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee changes, since your package may already be in transit.
